One standard of care.

A VALIA membership is not a subscription to a collection of tests. It is a relationship with Dr. Camilla Petersen. Every member receives the time, access, continuity, advocacy and physician involvement that define VALIA.

The levels determine how deeply we extend the measurement and data layer around that relationship. They do not determine how much Camilla cares about you.

Foundation

The Relationship

Advanced testing is not bundled into Foundation. If Camilla believes an additional diagnostic could be useful, it can be discussed and obtained separately.

Insight

Deeper Measurement

  • Expanded preventive and metabolic assessment
  • Deeper longitudinal measurement
  • Additional data review and interpretation
  • Structured prevention planning
  • Continuous monitoring when appropriate

Specific testing is individualized rather than performed because it appears on a package list.

Pinnacle

Maximum Depth

  • Expanded biomarker assessment
  • Wearable and continuous-data integration
  • Individualized nutrition and fitness planning
  • Advanced genetic or diagnostic tools when clinically appropriate

Enrollment is intentionally limited, because the model requires substantially more physician time.

Financial and practical clarity

Before you decide.

Why aren't all the tests included in every membership?

Because medicine should not work that way. A diagnostic has value when answering the question matters.

A 41-year-old without meaningful cardiovascular risk should not automatically receive the same evaluation as a 56-year-old with strong family history and uncertain cardiovascular risk simply because they purchased the same membership.

Camilla selects testing based on the individual. VALIA would rather explain why a test is not necessary than sell one without a reason.

Can Foundation members receive advanced testing?

Yes. Foundation members can discuss additional diagnostics with Camilla and obtain them separately when appropriate.

Some patients begin with Foundation because they first want the physician relationship. As their goals change, they may choose a deeper membership level later.

Can I upgrade?

Yes. Patients may move into a higher membership level as their needs and desired level of measurement evolve.

The administrative and financial terms of an upgrade will be reviewed with you before any change is made.

Do I still need health insurance?

Yes. VALIA membership does not replace comprehensive health insurance.

Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, imaging, emergencies, and other services outside the membership.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Eligibility can depend on the structure of the membership, current tax rules, and the individual’s plan. Not every membership fee is universally HSA or FSA eligible.

Confirm eligibility with your HSA or FSA administrator or tax adviser before using those funds.

Can my spouse or family join?

Yes. Memberships are individual, and multiple members of the same household may each enroll in VALIA.

Which membership should I choose?

You do not need to diagnose yourself into a membership tier. Start with the relationship you want and the level of measurement you believe will be useful.

Tom will help you understand the membership options before your meet-and-greet, and Camilla can help determine which level best fits your needs.

How does enrollment work?

Start with an inquiry. Tom Petersen speaks with you first to understand what you are looking for and explain how VALIA works.

Qualified prospective members then meet Dr. Camilla Petersen. If both sides believe the relationship is a good fit, enrollment follows. There is no need to choose your tier before the first conversation.
